Claire Redfield is one of the main supporting characters and protagonist in the games and the movie, she is a strong-willed member of TerraSave and avid motorcyclist.
Interestingly enough, her costume in the latest movie is based on the Resident Evil: Revelations 2 video game.

Jacket

With that being said, the S&S motorcycle jacket is a close match. Wear it open like in the movie.
